
Pumpkin Bread
This a super simple, yet very delicious recipe!
- 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 15 oz can pumpkin
- 1 cup canola oil
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tsp vanilla
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease 3 regular loaf pans.
Combine all ingredients in large bowl, mix well. It is ok for it to be lumpy!
Pour into pans.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake for 45 minutes.
* I use the disposable loaf pans so we can give some pumpkin bread away! I make a bunch of it every year to give to neighbors and friends.
